Travel Plans

We are making some exciting plans for travel. One of our intentions, in moving to Japan, was to use this opportunity to explore more of Asia and Southeast Asia. At this time when the region is becoming more powerful on a global scale, I want to learn some of the history and culture of the "East". Over the holidays we plan to travel to Thailand, and hope to visit parts of Cambodia as well. In the spring we will be going to the Philippines for a service trip. These are great learning opportunities, and I am grateful to live in Japan as our jumping-off point.
